★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma veramente? Non ho chiesto molto, un cappuccino ben caldo. Arrivato al tavolo non solo freddo, tutto schiuma e una dose esagerata di caffè. Tra l'altro la ragazza al bar scortese come mai visto prima. (consiglio di evitarla) urta il sistema nervoso. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata in questa pasticceria qualche giorno fa e l’accoglienza della figlia del proprietario mi ha sinceramente lasciata sbigottita. Innanzitutto io sono entrata nel locale con tanto di mascherina come da protocollo sicurezza Covid mentre la signora non indossava alcun che di protezione. Poi ciò che più mi ha infastidito è stata la totale assenza di educazione e cortesia della stessa..sembrava quasi che fosse lei a fare un favore a me degnandomi del servizio (??!!?). La ciliegina sulla torta si è presentata alla fine quanto ho chiesto di pagare con carta di credito (sempre nel rispetto delle norme anti covid 19 meglio non toccare moneta)..mi è stato semplicemente risposto che dovevo avvisarla prima perché bisognava preparare il pos (??)..ma che significa tutto ciò? Per quanto mi riguarda non entrerò mai più in questo posto visto e considerato che pasticcerie di alta qualità sicuramente non mancano nella città. Bocciati bocciati
I entered this pastry shop a few days ago and the welcome from the owner's daughter sincerely left me stunned. First of all, I entered the room with a mask as per Covid security protocol while the lady was not wearing any protection. Then what bothered me most was the total lack of education and courtesy of the same .. it almost seemed that she was doing me a favor by deigning to the service (?? !!?). The icing on the cake came at the end when I asked to pay by credit card (always in compliance with the anti covid 19 rules better not to touch a coin) .. I was simply told that I had to notify her first because it was necessary to prepare the pos (? ?) .. but what does all this mean? As for me I will never enter this place again considering that high quality pastry shops are certainly not lacking in the city. Failed Failed
