Filippo est de très bon conseil et saura vous recommander des bons plans. Plusieurs parkings se trouvent à proximité et un tarif est négocié avec l'un d'eux. Je recommande vivement. Very welcoming apartment, well equipped and quiet. It is very well located and the owners are very caring. Filippo is very good advice and will recommend good deals. Several car parks are nearby and a price is negotiated with one of them. I highly recommend.

Filippo, Il proprietario, il vero valore aggiunto; gentile e cordiale ci ha fatto sentire a casa, preparandoci anche il “ castagnaccio” che i miei bambini ancora rimpiangono. I went to the Divine Residence in May with my family. Cozy, clean apartment near the center. Filippo, the owner, the real added value; kind and cordial made us feel at home, preparing also the "castagnaccio" that my children still regret.

Proprietario super disponibile e ci ha fornito informazioni utilissime per trascorrere dei giorni unici a Firenze. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto ciò che serve per viverci fino a 4 persone. Nella zona comune è disponibile asse da stiro, ferro, lavatrice e stendino utilissimi! Casa calda e silenziosa al punto giusto! Apartment 5 minutes walk from the center and therefore from all the streets that lead to the main places to visit. Owner super helpful and provided us with useful information to spend unique days in Florence. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to live up to 4 people. In the common area there is a very useful ironing board, iron, washing machine and drying rack! Warm and quiet house at the right point!

Das fängt bereits vor der Reise mit ihren schnellen und freundlichen Antworten, mit ihrer Hilfe zur Parkgarage und anderen Dingen an, geht übers Kofferschleppen und ihren Tipps bei der Ankunft weiter bis hin zu ihrer netten, stets hilfsbereiten Art auch während des Urlaubs weiter. Einfach fantastisch, super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement selber (2. Etage) , perfekt in der City gelegen (Supermarkt, Garage, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Trattorien alles in der Nähe), ist wunderbar, optimal geräumig auch für vier Personen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber, mit hervorragend leiser Mitsubishi-Klimaanlage, ausreichendem Balkon, kleiner Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sowie einem gutem Bad. Auch eine Waschmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Eine perfekte Unterkunft, um die tolle Stadt Florenz zu erobern - und mit einer sympathischen, großartigen Gastgeberin. Fünf Sterne sind zu wenig. Valentina from La Divina Dimora is the best hostess imaginable. It starts before the trip with her quick and friendly answers, with her help with the parking garage and other things, continues with lugging suitcases and her tips on arrival to her nice, always helpful manner even during the vacation. Simply fantastic, super nice and accommodating. The apartment itself (2nd floor), perfectly located in the city (supermarket, garage, sights, trattorias, everything is nearby), is wonderful, optimally spacious even for four people, tastefully furnished, clean, with extremely quiet Mitsubishi air conditioning, Sufficient balcony, small kitchenette with fridge and freezer and a good bathroom. There is also a washing facility. A perfect accommodation to conquer the great city of Florence - and with a personable, great hostess. Five stars are not enough.

Camera matrimoniale ampia e dotata di climatizzatore. Sala con cucina con divano letto e un piccolo tavolo dove si può fare tranquillamente colazione o pranzo. Cucina piccola ma completa di tutto. Bagno non grande ma doccia comoda e spaziosa. Nota a margine. Propietaria super disponibile e gentile. Beautiful apartment a few steps from the center of Florence. Bright and clean, it also has a small but nice terrace. Large double room with air conditioning. Living room with kitchen with sofa bed and a small table where you can easily have breakfast or lunch. Small kitchen but complete with everything. Bathroom not large but comfortable and spacious shower. Side note. Super helpful and kind owner.
M	Maria Fernanda Arciniegas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at DANTE apartment with my husband during a long weekend in Florence, and can honestly say it has been one of the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in (being frequent Airbnb users, and having stayed in many B&Bs across Europe). Very spacious and tastefully decorated. Location is perfect: walking distance to all the main sights and attractions, yet sufficiently far away from all the noise and crowds (a bonus is that it’s an interior flat with a nice balcony, so you don’t hear any street noise). Several good supermarkets in the area if you need to buy some groceries for breakfast, and it’s also close to many good restaurants and trattorias. The bed is large and super comfortable, the bathroom has an excellent shower and all the necessary toiletries are provided. Well-appointed kitchen if you plan on cooking simple meals (and basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper are provided). An additional highlight were the friendly hosts: Filippo was constantly in touch before and during our stay, he was kind enough to allow an early check in (since we took a 6 am flight from London) and also stored our luggage after check out (since we had a late flight). They also gave us recommendations on Florence, restaurants and so forth. Hope to return when we’re back in Florence!
