I find the staff very professional, prepared, kind and very attentive to the "grandparents and grandmothers" of the house. Each of the grandparents is treated with sympathy and smiles. The grandparents are all kept in perfect order, perfumed and followed by the staff. Their smile is matched by the tranquility of the grandparents. Congratulations to Michela, Simona and all the staff who take care of the dear "grandparents". ❤
