★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small choice of dishes but fresh and tasty. However, the service seemed quite arrogant. Didn't talk much, then charged coperto fee of 2 eur that was not mentioned anywhere on the menu, even for 1 year old child. We have traveled a lot in Italy and are used to much more (family) friendliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unwelcoming to strangers waiters abselutly ignored us all the way . Locals gets water, salt pepper and ice . Ambiance good. Pretty place, food 5 out of 10, there are 3more on the same sqeure under trees. The village is picture perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were fortunate enough to stumble upon this gem of a place. A small place with few tables outside and a small menu, about 4 options, which changes daily. We started with a small plate of pecorino cheese and wild boar salumi as a starter and an absolutely delicious fresh tagliatelle with lamb ragù and roasted rabbit with sautéed green for main course. On top of all, we were greeted with a warm smile which definitely added to this place’s charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fantastic little restaurant! We got the full treatment Italian style. FROM first to main. It took us a good 2 hours plus to eat and none of it was less than great. Even the wine. Yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 30 minutes to get a seat - but it was worth it. So make sure to reserve in advance if you’re planning to go here! Nice outside seating as well as inside seating available. The staff was very busy and therefore slow with service. The menu is very small but all food is fresh and prices are okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice restaurant in the Volterra city center. From the outside seems a small bar but it's a nice restaurant curated and cozy. We love the fact that they changed the menu every day so ingredients are fresh and delicious. Everything are hand made, we took a peposo and was one of the best in my experience, also gnocchi where very good.
To taste the pannacotta with vinsanto reduction.
Prices are good consider the center and absolutely normal for the quality. A very good place where eat.
