It is difficult to judge an agency with which the negotiation did not end. However the staff were correct and helpful. Proposed product and negotiation margin is what determines my score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridicoli....mia figlia era interessata ad un appartamento in via Carso e prima di farglielo vedere l' hanno fatta parlare con tizio di una finanziaria. Che ha ritenuto non fosse in grado di comprare. Perciò non glie lo hanno fatto vedere. Bel modo di non vendere le case. Peccato non potete mai sapere chi sta dietro ai giovani in cerca di casa. E sopratutto far perder tempo alla gente.
Ridiculous .... my daughter was interested in an apartment in via Carso and before showing it to her they made her talk to a guy about a financial company. Which he felt he was unable to buy. So they didn't show him. Nice way not to sell houses. Too bad you never know who is behind the young people looking for a house. And above all make people waste time.
