★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho comprato il kit a luglio e causa vacanze l'ho utilizzato per la prima volta solo qualche settimana fa. Il telaio è rimasto macchiato di inchiostro e anche di gelatina perchè il loro strippante è scadente (non come fanno vedere loro nel video che dopo averlo messo svanisce tutto e il telaio torna come nuovo), risultando così inuttilizzabile per una seconda stampa. Inoltre mi è arrivato uno stendi emulsione praticamente rotto, mentre cercavo di stenderla fuorisciva da tutte le parti (macchiando tutto il mio tavolo) e quelle placchette in plastica che vanno inserite ai lati cadevano continuamente.
In tutto questo ho chiesto un rimborso parziale e la risposta che mi è stata data era la seguente "chiuda subito la pratica o la denuncio per estorsione".
IMBARAZZANTE.
Bad experience. I bought the kit in July and due to holidays I used it for the first time only a few weeks ago. The frame was stained with ink and also with gelatin because their stripper is poor (not as they show them in the video that after putting it on, everything vanishes and the frame is as good as new), thus making it unusable for a second print. In addition, I received a practically broken emulsion spreader, while I was trying to spread it out of the water from all sides (staining my entire table) and those plastic plates that must be inserted on the sides fell continuously.
In all of this I asked for a partial refund and the answer I was given was the following "close the file immediately or denounce it for extortion".
