We stayed the first week of July 2019 and we had a great time elegant, comfortable and clean all new, very kind Mrs. Rosa who welcomed us as if we were family members a truly exquisite and wonderful person.

Esperienza molto positiva che consiglio ... During a short holiday in Oliveri, I thought I'd give myself some relaxation. I was suggested this beauty center to which I turned. I found a very clean and comfortable environment, staff very courteous and attentive to the customer's needs, who work with professionalism and a lot of competence. Ho già prenotato per giugno a seguire. Ah c è compreso un aperipranzo sensazionale, con tutto di stagione fatto al momento da non perdere. Complimenti complimenti e ancora complimenti.????????? All truly exceptional, from the itinerary including the hydromassage, to the massage performed by the talented Marina and Antonella. I have already booked for June to follow. Camera strettissima con finestra sigillata da doppia carta adesiva, letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a castello (misure di sicurezza non rispettate), mancava una panca dove appoggiare i bagagli (li ho dovuti appoggiare sul letto a castello), mancava l'armadio (ho dovuto "appendere" i miei vestiti alla struttura metallica del letto a castello, mancava il frigorifero (solo una camera ne era dotata e la Signora Rosa lo spostava in base alle richieste o esigenze...) mancava la tv (solo una camera ne era dotata ma non funzionava: la signora Rosa non era riuscita a reperire un tecnico...). In bagno mancavano gli appendini, solo un misero sgabello dove poter accatastare tutti gli asciugamani... nessuna mensola d'appoggio (a parte la piastra del termosifone...) neppure all'interno del box doccia, water pieno di calcare e poco pulito, mancava asciugacapelli, lampadina dello specchio fulminata, aereatore non funzionante (o fittizio...), nessun prodotto o accessorio campione. Avevo prenotato per 2 pernottamenti, per correttezza (visto che avevo usufruito della doccia) sono rimasta una sola notte, la colazione non è stata servita né in struttura né tramite voucher x fruirne all'esterno. Totale 84 euro sprecati... Come Spa, forse e, ribadisco forse (non ne ho fruito, quindi non posso pronunciarmi in merito) sarà il top...ma di B&b non ha assolutamente nulla... i B&b sono ben altro... Sconsiglio assolutamente il pernottamento. A star is too ... Very narrow room with window sealed by double adhesive paper, double bed and 2 bunk beds (safety measures not respected), there was no bench where to put the luggage (I had to lean them on the bunk bed), there was no wardrobe (I had to "hanging" my clothes to the metal structure of the bunk bed, the refrigerator was missing (only one room was equipped with it and Mrs. Rosa moved it according to the requests or needs ...) the tv was missing (only one room had it but it didn't work: Signora Rosa had failed to find a technician ...). In the bathroom there were no hangers, only a miserable stool where all the towels could be stacked ... no shelf (except for the radiator plate ...) even inside the shower box, a limestone-filled toilet bowl , there was no hair dryer, light bulb in the mirror, aerator not working (or fictitious ...), no sample product or accessory. I had booked for 2 nights, to be fair (since I had taken advantage of the shower) I stayed only one night, breakfast was not served either in the structure or through vouchers to benefit from outside. Total 84 euros wasted ... As a Spa, maybe and, I repeat, perhaps (I didn't use it, so I can't comment on it) it will be the top ... but B & b has absolutely nothing ... the B & b are something else ... I absolutely do not recommend the overnight stay.
I	Ilina Sancineti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primo acchitto la localita' potrebbe trarre in inganno ma posso assicurarvi che non solo si tratta di un posto favoloso ma anche i gestori sono delle persone fantastiche! Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno di puro relax per depurarci dai contagi quotidiani con percorso benessere organizzato sulle nostre esigenze... La sig.ra Rosa ed il sig. Giuseppe si sono mostrati subito disponibili nei nostri confronti e ci hanno coccolati quasi fossimo i membri della loro famiglia. Le camere sono accoglienti, in ordine e pulite ed anche l'area benessere e la piscina interna sono perfettamente igienizzate. Lo consigliamo vivamente, per quel che ci riguarda, ci torneremo appena possibile! At first glance the resort could be misleading but I can assure you that not only is this a fabulous place but the managers are also fantastic people! We spent some relaxing day for depurarci against infection with daily wellness program organized on our needs ... Mrs Rosa and Mr Joseph are shown immediately available to us and they looked after us as if we were members of their family. The rooms are cozy, tidy and clean and also the wellness area and the indoor pool are perfectly sanitized. We highly recommend it, as far as we are concerned, we will be back as soon as possible!
