β β β β β Nice, quiet space to relax before the train. The staff member was a very friendly and helpful man and we had a lovely chat with him. Would definitely visit again next time we're in Rome.

β β β β β The gentleman we dealt with this morning was fantastic! He put us at ease after a bad experience with the local transit system, and provided advice for the next leg of our trip as it was our first time travelling by train. We only had espresso and water, but the area was very comfortable and clean.

β β β β β We went at around 1pm but the lounge door was closed. We pressed the buzzer for a long time but nobody came. The lounge may be closed. The location of the lounge is also very far away from the main gates.

β β β β β Staffed by one girl in a Jack Daniels tank top, had one bottle of cold water available and the snacks consisted of one packet of crackers and a dish of hard candies...in total, for all guests. The only good thing was the air conditioning. Coffee, teas, and water were available only on request, and there was no sign of soda, wine, etc. Not as advertised.

β β β β β Though it's a little far from the main station, the service is pretty good here. I used dragonpass for entering the lounge during arrival. Can ask for wine or coffee.

β β β β β I was directed to this lounge by a friend in Rome as I had an extensive waiting time between trains and needed a place to rest. After a quick google search, I realised that the lounge is not operating regular business hours due to COVID-19 but can still provide access if you contact them via their community forum.
The lounge did not disappoint - it is peaceful, extremely clean, and features comfortable furniture as well as a range of refreshments. On top of this, access was complimentary thanks to my ItaliaPass membership!
It is refreshing to come across a company that prioritises their customers' needs to such a high standard. I applaud the excellent service, quick response time, and overall courtesy provided by ItaliaRail.
I throughly enjoyed my visit to the lounge and will definitely be sure to visit again next time I transit through Termini.

β β β β β We dragged our luggage all the way to the other end of the platfoem, so as to check out this lounge. To our huge disappointment, the door was locked and nobody answered the buzz. We waited for about 30 mins between 12:45 and 1:15pm. This was supposedly during their operational hours.
When we asked other station staff, we were told that "maybe the lounge staff were having lunch". Even if the staff was temporarily out for lunch, there could be a simple signage to communicate clearly with customers.
Very disappointed with the visit.
