La receptionist subito mi ha chiesto di fare delle manovre preventive per evitare un eventuale visita tecnica! Non sono solita recensire, ma per me l'onestà prima di tutto.
Honest people and courteous and super helpful staff ... I have both Miele washer and dryer, the washing machine was giving me some problems and calling the service call I requested assistance. The receptionist immediately asked me to do some preventive maneuvers to avoid a possible technical visit! I'm not used to reviewing, but for me honesty first of all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Il tecnico è venuto una prima volta a settembre per la lavatrice ed ho speso 180 euro ca. Il problema si è ripresentato dopo poco e non solo non sono stati capaci di risolverlo, ma hanno definitivamente rotto la lavatrice che adesso è inutilizzabile.
Bad experience. The technician came for the first time in September for the washing machine and I spent about 180 euros. The problem reappeared shortly after and not only were they unable to solve it, but they definitively broke the washing machine which is now unusable.
