B	Bri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo ma vero, compro la cartaigienica vado alla cassa pago non mi accorgo che il pacchetto Era aperto da un lato e mi cade un rotolo a terra, due commesse mi Chiamano x avvertirmi che avevo perso un rotolo e quando dico che voglio cambiato il prodotto ai rifiutano, cioè non mi hanno chiamato per cambiarmi il pacco evidentemente rotto da prima ma x darmi il rotolo caduto a terra due commesse che tra l'altro io cliente ci vado spesso e fanno queste bruttissime figure ,se non fosse stato x una nuova commessa e il magazziniere avrei pagato un qualcosa di rotto e insistevano ste commesse la cui gentilezza é qualcosa a loro disconosciuta che la carta igienica l avevo rotta io .. Ho sbagliato a prendere delle pile e non avendo quelle che mi occorrevano non mi hanno voluto annullare lo scontrino e in più mi volevano costringere a comprare altro. Ho preso le pile anche se non mi bisognavano e andai via. Non ritorno più in tale punto vendita. Bad customer service.
