Portato un orologio per sostituire la batteria, il loro meraviglioso tecnico ha tagliato la bobina del meccanismo. Una volta finito il lavoro mi è stato ridato l'orologio dal proprietario, il quale mi ha detto che il problema non era la batteria. Alla fine mi sono ritrovato con un orologio non più funzionante che fino a prima di entrare andava benissimo...volevo solo sostituire la batteria! Come ho poi detto al proprietario gli errori si possono commettere....ci mancherebbe!!! La cosa importante e corretta sarebbe però ammettere uno sbaglio. Invece questo signore ha fatto esattamente il contrario, alzando la voce e mettendo in discussione la mia versione dei fatti....che erano chiari e semplici! Comunque spero di essere stato di aiuto a coloro i quali pensano di rivolgersi a queste persone....il lavoro lasciatelo fare a chi è competente! E soprattutto imparate la buona educazione. Brought a watch to replace the battery, their tech beautiful cut reel mechanism. Once the work was finished I was given back the watch by the owner, who told me that the problem was not the battery. In the end I found myself with a clock that no longer worked that was fine until I walked in ... I just wanted to replace the battery! As I later told the owner the mistakes you may commit .... God forbid !!! The important and correct thing, however, would be to admit a mistake. Instead this gentleman did exactly the opposite, raising his voice and questioning my version of the facts .... which were clear and simple! Anyway, I hope I have been of help to those who think they can turn to these people ... let the work do it to those who are competent! And above all learn good education.
