Mia moglie inizia con un antipasto di verdure grigliate e Tomino caldo e io una caponata di verdure con pinoli e burrata, proseguiamo con un piatto di gnocchi con ragù di chianina e un filetto di manzo al pepe verde con contorno di patatine fritte, tutto accompagnato da una bottiglia di montefalco rosso, per finire due ottimi dolci con un bicchiere di passito. Carne veramente di alta qualità. Servizio ottimo con la ragazza molto gentile e mai invadente. Pranzo in linea con la tipologia del locale €80 in due con bottiglia di vino Couple lunch. Gradevoli gli arrosticini di maiale e l'agnello. solo 3 stelle perchè in zona ci sono ristoranti che offrono carni migliori(chianina e sudtirolo) a prezzi più bassi oppure qualità ed ambiente di livello molto superiore alla differenza dei prezzi. non esprimo giudizi sulla pur ricca carta dei vini in quanto non esperto di vini umbri. Umbrian restaurant with a classic elegant setting characterized by heavy-framed nineteenth-century paintings. all in all good and well-prepared cuisine, the pasta with the Apennine black truffle and the good fossa cheeses are worth mentioning. Pork and lamb skewers are pleasant. only 3 stars because in the area there are restaurants that offer better meats (chianina and south tyrol) at lower prices or quality and environment much higher than the difference in prices. I do not comment on the rich wine list as I am not expert in Umbrian wines.

Personale cordialissimo e location favolosa ed elegante. Meat (for now tried only kebabs, lamb chops, cut) of 10 and praise, accompanied by an excellent red Montefalco wine, and finally sweet Pavlova (meringue, whipped cream, ice cream and berries) to fly away .... Very friendly staff and a fabulous and elegant location.

Il cibo era ottimo e il prezzo adeguato alla qualità, l'unica pecca è stata la cottura del filetto, purtroppo non mi è stata chiesta ed è risultato un po' più cotto di quello che preferisco ma era comunque molto buono Nice place, with attention to detail. The food was excellent and the price adequate for the quality, the only flaw was the cooking of the fillet, unfortunately I was not asked and it turned out a little more cooked than what I prefer but it was still very good
