È vero, non sempre sono economici ( ma dipende da lavoro/riparazione che devono eseguire). Però sono chiari e trasparenti nel darti tutte le informazioni e questo, a mio parere, dimostra la loro professionalità. Personalmente li considero “i maghi delle scarpe”! If you have a problem, they solve it ... or if it's not worth it they tell you clearly. True, they can have a little time. True, they are not always cheap (but it depends on work / repairs that need to be executed). But they are clear and transparent in giving you all the information and this, in my opinion, demonstrates their professionalism. I personally consider them "shoe wizards"!

Mi sarebbe servito la domenica, ma mi dicono che ci vogliono una decina di giorni. Prendono i dati e si scrivono il lavoro da fare. Mi prevedono "20 o forse 30 euro". Lascio passare i 10 giorni e attendo una chiamata. Niente da fare... Alla fine mi decido a farmi vivo e MERCOLEDI 24 APRILE cadono dalle nuvole e mi chiedono di passare il venerdì sera che me lo combinano. Mi presento come concordato e mi consegnano un borsone che non era il mio. Quando lo faccio notare la ragazza al banco trasecola. Se ne va nel retrobottega e, dopo aver confabulato con il titolare, se ne esce con il mio borsone dimenticato da qualche parte. Non aveva più nome, numero di telefono e richieste fatte a suo tempo. Al che esce anche il titolare e mi dice che si combina, di passare sabato in tarda mattinata. Io sono sempre stato cortese e per nulla infastidito di questo ritardo e di aver dovuto fare un giro a vuoto. Questa mattina mi presento, il lavoro è stato fatto... e mi presentano un conto di 35 euro!!! Chiedo uno sconto per il disagio e la tipa che me l'ha consegnato alza le spalle e fa: "eh, siamo pieni di lavoro". Direi che può bastare come esperienza. La sua gentilezza vi farà sentire uno di casa, come se vi conosceste da anni. Le sue creazioni sono opere d'arte. Capace di riparare ogni danno, trova sempre la soluzione giusta ai vostri problemi. Forse dovrete avere un po più di pazienza per la consegna ma vi garantisco che ne sarà valsa la pena e rimarrete soddisfatti. Il prezzo di tutto questo? Bhe i soldi saranno l'ultimo dei vostri problemi. Volete un difetto? Il parcheggio, ma ovviamente non ha nulla a che fare con questo gioiello d'altri tempi. The "my" shoemaker of trust.
