Tremendous restaurant. Attention to detail is exceptional. Won’t be long before they get their first Michelin star

Two weeks ago, I called a week in advance to book a table at I Mori. I got the booking confirmed and was promised a nice table inside. Upon arrival to the restaurant (last saturday), the employees said we had to sit outside, and there were no available tables inside. The even tried to be rude enough to bluff and say they tried call me up to confirm the table - although they never actually called. After a while we decided to go for the table outside, although none of the employees were polite or apologised for the behaviour. Some of us decided to order beef and ordered it medium. It arrived totally "well done" after a long while. We contacted the waitress who admitted the error and returned the meal to the kitchen. The next time they arrived, the stake was totally purple (raw). Myself personally had Tuna and had no problem with the dish, but it was obvious that the meals were wrongly cooked twice. After the restaurant took in the dish for the second time, the ones who ordered the beef decided not to eat anything and leave it be. Finally when we were done I went inside to explain how disappointed I was with both the service in regards to the table but also how they responded and reacted to the meals. The manager was extremely rude (I have never met such bad service in any trips ever, and especially not in Milan) - started shouting, saying that our dissatisfaction was "no problem for me" (directly quoted) and that we were to pay and leave. He had no problem making a scene in front of the other tables. Extremely embarrassing. The worst service I have ever received. Milan is full of fantastic restaurants - never waste your time on going to I Mori.

Very nice restaurant, clean and with really nice and helpful staff. I had dinner with friends and we had a great meal and super fresh fish. Really highly recommended place!!

Beautiful ambiance, excellent food and impeccable service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my birthday dinner was just perfect. Absolutely will be coming back!

Great experience, worth every penny. Chef Alberto has a great talent and you can taste the real Sicilian cuisine in each course. Perfect service as well. Highly recommended.

Beautiful interior, excellent food and service. Very tasty appetizer, excellent pasta and fish. Located on the corner with a beautiful garden on both sides, but too cold to sit outside now. Everyone is very kind and welcoming and ready to explain all their delicious dishes. Highly recommend, lunch or dinner.

Walking with friends, we stopped with the intention to grab a cocktail and go. We were seated outside and greeted warmly by the staff. The Manhattans were delicious and generous. Anything similar back home would have been double the price. The waitress brought out a normal selection of snacks to accompany the drinks, but added a basket of what she described as fried chickpea squares. Delicious! We soon convinced ourselves to stay for dinner. Grilled octopus, oysters, seared tuna, the daily fish special (can't remember specifically my friend's order), and eggplant were all incredibly well presented and delicious. Wine pairing recommendation was wonderful with the seafood and the staff provided complimentary cannolis at the conclusion of dinner. I have already told friends to make this place a part of their itinerary for Milan. Wonderful staff, food, and decor. It didn't hurt the weather was wonderful outside that day, but the staff encouraged us to view the inside before departing. Beautiful all around! Compliments to the staff for a wonderful meal and such a welcoming environment for travelers!
