Beautiful campsite, but very disorganised and a terrible first impression. On arriving we were greeted by a member of staff who was repeatedly coughing without covering their mouth and then was given a key card and sent to an occupied room ! Luckily for us no one was in but would have been a dream if we were thieves. Also the times and dates for openings are different on the website and the info packet they give you to the actual times and dates.

Decent location and good place to sleep in, I felt at home there! However the rooms don’t come with kettles or anything else and the breakfast is rather expensive. Otherwise everything was clean and welcoming !

The staff are indeed nice and friendly. The cabin was quite small with minimal equipments but OK for staying a few days. Do not expect to have a multimedia set in the room as it is a camping site. The internet connection was quite poor and had to use my cellular network the entire time :(

Very good place to stay, at first I thought maybe I will get scamed because of the location, but once you get to the reception you realize it is a big place. Basically many tiny homes with the room and bathroom. Extra clean, some bathroom products, towels clean and big, you can set the temperature in the room, you have ac. It is easy to go there, you can take the bus and buy tickets at the machine next to the reception for 1.5 or you can walk like 10 min to the train station and take the tren for 1 euro directly to center. Next to it its the panorama supermarket, a very big supermarket, good prices and you can find anything you need there, you can even buy food and eat it in there. In the summer they have the pool open and also they have a restaurant at the location. totally I would recommend.

I have been there for one month. Honestly it is affordable and great value for money. For those who have a car, they provide free car park. Rooms are small ( suitable for 2 person ) but mine was equipped with a nice bath. Environment is adorable with a swimming pool in summers. Bus station is right out of the Hotel and you can take the to the subway station cornelia (line A ). One way, Daily and ... tickets are available in the reception.

Very cheap, well connected camping place to spend summer holidays. Pros: 1. Very Economical. 2. Next to bus stop. 3. Opposite to a supermarket which opens till around 9pm(not sure of the exact time) 4. Next to MacDonald's. 5. Lots of place for the kids to play. 6. Swimming pool is very good. Cons: 1. Rooms are very small. 2. No heating in the room. 3. Swimming pool timings are from 11am-5pm. 4. The hotel restaurant opens for breakfast and dinner. Not for lunch.

Really well priced, we are used to van life so anything with heat would've been an upgrade. We stayed in the budget bungalows and they're really not so bad if you just want a place to shower, sleep, and maybe eat some snacks. Their restaurant opens at a reasonable time, everyone in Italy eats late so get ready for that haha

We arrived after a five hour train journey from Florence, we had chosen this train specifically as it would get us to Roma Camping in town in time for the 14:00 check in, so we could go straight into Rome after and make the most of our stay. We tried to check in online before arrival as instructed but this didn’t work. We were informed when we arrived by a member of staff that this never works. We had to wait for an hour in the sun with our huge bags to check in as the lines were so long. When we finally got to the desk, we paid and then were informed that our rooms weren’t ready. We were told to come back in half an hour. We dragged our suitcases to the top of some steps on the site, to a vending machine, the machine took my coins but didn’t dispense any water. After half an hour I returned to the desk to see if my bungalow was ready, it was now 16:00. The lady rudely informed us that it wasn’t ready yet and “we could try in an hour”. I told the lady we had been waiting since 14:00, she said “yeah we are busy”. After waiting another hour our room was finally clean, we didn’t get an apology despite waiting three hours in the scorching heat. If we’d have known that we couldn’t check in until 17:00 we would have chosen a different train so we could spend some more time in Florence. The next morning our door wouldn’t open, we had to ask some staff members for help and they were able to unlock our door for us. Extremely disappointed with our experience, feel that we wasted time we could have spent exploring Rome, sitting in the heat waiting to check in. However, the man on the help desk providing bus tickets was extremely helpful, friendly and informative, he really improved our stay.
