Don't look at the negative reviews of others. With 50 euros taxes included + breakfast what else should we complain about? They are also very friendly and the room is fairly tidy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo l'hotel Palace un hotel perfetto per i miei viaggi di lavoro. Personale sempre gentile e accogliente . Colazioni abbondanti e gustose. Stanze semplici ma accoglienti e soprattutto pulite. Posteggio auto comodo e pratico. Tutto è semplicemente perfetto!
I find the hotel Palace a perfect hotel for my business trips. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Abundant and tasty breakfasts. Simple but cozy and above all clean rooms. Convenient and practical car parking. Everything is just perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi son trovato tutto ad un tratto con la prenotazione annullata perchè dovevano fare dei lavori, avendo già pagato la navetta per Lucca e obbligato quindi a cercare un altro hotel a Prato, mi ritrovo con i prezzi aumentati di minimo 100 euro. Pessima organizzazione che se ne lava le mani dei danni causati dalla stessa
I found myself all of a sudden with the reservation canceled because they had to do some work, having already paid the shuttle to Lucca and then forced to look for another hotel in Prato, I find myself with the prices increased by a minimum of 100 euros. Very bad organization that washes its hands of the damage caused by it
