★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel caratteristico molto interessante. Immerso nel verde , splendida piscina a fondo scuro ( l'acqua si scalda più in fretta ), rilassante dehor vista giardino, aperitivi generosi, ampio posteggio sterrato. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite, moderne. Un luogo perfetto per una fuga romantica! Ah non dimenticate che sono ammessi gli animali in quasi tutti gli spazi della struttura.
 Very interesting characteristic hotel. Surrounded by greenery, a splendid dark-bottomed pool (the water warms up faster), a relaxing garden view dehors, generous aperitifs, and a large unpaved parking lot. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern. A perfect place for a romantic getaway! Oh don't forget that animals are allowed in almost all the spaces of the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura posta sulla via Francigena, ottimo contesto e posizione. Camera pulita con aria condizionata efficiente. Personale accogliente e gentile. Prima colazione accettabile. Peccato la piscina ed il patio non molto curato. Pavimento con erbacce ed ombrelloni e lettini piuttosto vecchiotti. Nota negativa, a mezzanotte la struttura chiude ed anche sei sei sotto a gazebo, ti spengono le luci lasciandoti al buio!!!
Structure located on the Via Francigena, excellent context and location. Clean room with efficient air conditioning. Friendly and welcoming staff. Acceptable breakfast. Pity the swimming pool and the not very nice patio. Floor with weeds and umbrellas and rather old beds. Negative note, at midnight the structure closes and even six are under a gazebo, you turn off the lights leaving you in the dark !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently spent two weeks at the end of May at this delightful hotel. Authentic family run hotel. One of the best kept secrets in San Gimignano . Beautiful gardens, great location, delicious food friendly helpful staff. A lovely charming and old fashioned feel. A definite 10/10. Thank you to all the staff who made our first time in Tuscany a wonderful experience .
