★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After staying at the Hotel des Alpes in winter I decided to visit in summertime, the hotel was just as friendly and welcoming as in winter time but so nice to sit on the terrace with a cool drink and fantastic views down into the valley, and the hotel looking splendid with its beautiful flowers bursting from every balcony.
The Hotel is nicely situated for a quiet get away yet close enough for the local shops and amenities, Lake Isio is about 40 minuets, the beautiful village of Clusone in the next valley and the mountains all around.
Food was excellent and home cooked with fresh produce and a great choice for breakfast including bacon and egg.
the rooms have been refitted with new modern furniture and double glassing but still retain there Italian charm.
Sergio and his family are always on hand to help in any way they can, a real family hotel who treat you as a valued guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hotel, amazing food, and amazing staff. It is family run with lovely homemade food. My family and I have been coming here for 4 years now to go skiing, the price and atmosphere cannot be beaten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful winter break!! Sergio and his family are truly the best hosts. Lovely countryside family hotel in a quiet resort. Excellent food and atmosphere. Everything arranged for us from airport pickup to ski passes and only a short walk from the ski lifts. Will be back next season with my children for their first ski trip. Perfect place for it.
An update. This is our fourth year now and still wonderful. And I travel a lot...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've been to this hotel many times as we rate it highly for friendly and helpful staff , excellent food and high cleanliness.
It is a short walk to ski slopes or good summer hikes. It is close to Lake Iseo and hilltop medieval town of Bergamo.
