Mr.Rosario is a warm people. he introduce us the car's use and help us to select car, because he know we have two big baggages. he is very patient and explain the detail what we need to know. his job is very effective and helpful. this office looks very friendly and active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to find (by foot as well as by car when returning). They gave us a car with only half a tank of petrol. We noticed soon after starting our drive, took pictures of the dashboard and eventually didn't have to pay for the petrol since they agreed it was their own fault. The car was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was fine, the guys were nice and explained everything patiently. We had big trouble to find the office and the process of hiring the car was a bit slow. It was reasonably priced but returning the car was a bit stressful as we were unsure of the exact location to leave it after opening hours.

One is bad (old one) and one is nice..
it took us 1hour to get the car.. very slow and not even busy time.. we were the only customer.. and took them so long!
we love HERTZ, use it many times and we are gold member.. i think Hertz hv to hire more profesional people..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the office easily, in the same building where you buy the ferry tickets. Picking up the car was not a problem either. Make sure you check all the scratches on the car, there was one that the staff did not register. If you don't feel comfortable driving in crazy Italian traffic, I can recommend the extra insurance. I did not take it and luckily did not need it, but had some close calls.
Bringing the car back at the airport also went down smoothly. There is a shuttle that takes you from the parking lot to the terminal, though we waited 20 minutes for a 2 minute ride (could have walked).
