★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ATTENZIONE - inseriscono diverse polizze assicurative nel contratto senza chiedere il permesso!! se provi a chiedere ti dicono che sono obbligatorie ma non è assolutamente cosi. Io ho risparmiato diversi soldi facedomele togliere!!
ATTENTION - they insert different insurance policies in the contract without asking for permission !! if you try to ask they tell you that they are mandatory but it is absolutely not so. I saved a lot of money make them take it off !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato in officina per fare il tagliando alla autovettura che ho in noleggio a lungo termine (quindi tutto incluso), e all'accoglienza sono stato trattato veramente come mi aspettavo ,nel miglior modo possibile, abbiamo controllato il contratto, appurato che avevo tutto incluso nel pacchetto di noleggio (compresa l'autovettura di cortesia oltre le 4 ore lavorative, e anche se c'è ne sono volute nove non mi è stata concessa, nonostante la paghi profumatamente ogni mese, ma questo è un discorso che approfondiremo prossimamente),al momento del ritiro dell'autovettura,(la ritirava mia moglie),ci hanno fatto pagare 300,00 euro per olio e filtri, e mia moglie ignara ha pagato, a quel punto riferitomi l'accaduto, mi sono messo in contatto con l'ufficio preposto e dopo 15 minuti di chiacchiere al telefono ne siamo venuti a capo, ma solo ed esclusivamente perché ,io ho insistito ed il preposto all'altro capo del telefono dopo la mia insistenza ha cominciato a controllare il contratto, altrimenti avrei perso 300.00 euro.
