Ho richiesto una ricevuta che testimoniava di aver appunto lasciato l’anello ma non mi è stata fatta, perché “non necessaria”. Hanno avuto l’anello per circa un mese, non mi è stato dato alcun appuntamento per ritirarlo, ma sarei dovuta andare io a chiedere nei giorni successivi. L’anello e stato poi smarrito, poi ritrovato. Ho aspettato ancora e al ritiro l’anello anche se dello stesso modello, di colore differente. Non mi hanno fatto pagare ma resta un Servizio pessimo! E l’anello restituitomi non è uguale a quello che io avevo lasciato.
I brought a Pandora ring that only needed to be soldered. I requested a receipt that testified that I had just left the ring but it was not made to me, because "not necessary". They had the ring for about a month, I wasn't given an appointment to collect it, but I would have had to go and ask in the following days. The ring was then lost, then found. I still waited and picked up the ring even if of the same model, of a different color. They did not charge me but it remains a bad Service! And the ring returned to me is not the same as what I had left.
