f	francesco rizzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho parcheggiato in questo garage, per mezz'ora, per scaricare le valige nel frattempo decido di lasciare la macchina per altri due notte, il proprietario mi chiede 3 euro per la mezz'ora e 50€ per le due notte le chiedo come mai devo pagare 3€ visto che ho deciso di lasciare la macchina per due notte, mi risponde che ormai era passata mezz'ora e dovevo pagare 3€. Allora decido di prendermi la macchina e parcheggiarla da un'altra parte. Questa persona diversa aggressiva e maleducato quasi mi mette le mani addosso. I parked in this garage, for half an hour, to unload the bags in the meantime I decide to leave the car for another two nights, the owner asks me 3 euros for the half hour and 50 € for the two nights I ask why I have to pay 3 € since I decided to leave the car for two nights, he replied that half an hour had passed and I had to pay 3 €. So I decide to take my car and park it somewhere else. This aggressive and rude different person almost gets his hands on me.
A	Antonio Pascarella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica decidiamo di fare un giro a Napoli e non riuscendo a trovare posto da nessuna parte per parcheggiare, decidiamo di sostare in questo parcheggio abbastanza strategico come zona ma al misero costo di 5€ ( manco dovessero anche lavarmela l’auto). Parcheggiamo, facciamo il nostro giro per le stradine di Napoli e dopo qualche ora si va a ritirare l’auto. Costo 20€. Senza obbiettare si paga perché giustamente la tariffa era stata comunicata in precedenza e in modo molto gentile ti portano anche l’auto fuori dal garage. Proprio in quel momento avviene la beffa, cioè nella loro gentilezza, usata solo allo scopo di fregare il cliente. Mi sono sparite in auto uno stick per l’iqos e delle cuffie Bluetooth. Non ho richiamato in garage perché non avrebbe avuto senso, avrebbero negato, ma con questa recensione spero di mettere in guardia qualche mal capitato. State lontani da questo garage. SONO DEI POVERI LADRI CHE SI SPORCANO LA FACCIA PER 25 € On Sunday we decide to take a ride in Naples and, unable to find a place anywhere to park, we decide to stop in this parking lot which is quite strategic as an area but at the paltry cost of € 5 (they don't even have to wash my car). We park, take our tour of the narrow streets of Naples and after a few hours we go to collect the car. Cost € 20. Without objecting, you pay because the rate was rightly communicated previously and in a very polite way they also take the car out of the garage. Right at that moment the mockery occurs, that is, in their kindness, used only for the purpose of cheating the customer. An iqos stick and Bluetooth headphones disappeared in my car. I didn't call back in the garage because it wouldn't have made sense, they would have denied it, but with this review I hope to warn a few who happened to be ill. Stay away from this garage. THEY ARE POOR THIEVES WHO GET THEIR FACES DIRTY FOR € 25

In addition, they spoke proper English & gave us a quick helpful tip for city center w/o being asked. Location wise it is perfect, walk down a block; you are on avenue. If not familiar, be prepared for driving in narrow streets.
J	Julia Riechardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep away!! Never again! We left our car there for a few days, the staff was friendly and a communication in English was possible. Once in a morning, we realized a big damage at our car which must be happend in the garage, we hoped to get help and understandebable from the staff, but the staff refused any help and of course abruptly nobady was able to speak English. Definitely look for another garage!!!!!!!

After the first night, I realized a huge scratch at the car, which definitely happened in the night there. Suddenly, the staff wasn’t able to speak English. Made a long discussion with them, but no success, no understanding and of course no solution for us. Definitely, wouldn’t recommend this garage other people.
L	Leon Kos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, I did not made the photos before handing out the keys. It was obvious to me that the bump happened in the garage later on. When paying that €10 for 2.5 hours I was not careful enough and the receipt was not haded to me. For a purpose, I would say. The garage has all answers prepared upfront. I have not even pointed to the bumb and started complaining, the guy said: I saw that bump already at arrival. So, my word against his. Did mention the surveillances. Since the car was breaked-in with smashed window and robbed two days before, we knew that Polizia Muncipale does not deal with such things and Carabinieri do not come to the site, we left in anger with a lesson learnt. The question arises, what would made them to admit mistreatment? Photos? No way. Stay away, I would say, and find more spacious garage.
