★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto una Ps5 pagando i 700 euro inclusi accessori e i giochi e tutto qui ancora bene, quando me ne andai mi dissero che mi avrebbero chiamato loro quando mi sarebbe arrivata, la cosa assurda è che non mi hanno mai avvisato che era arrivata e meno male che ho telefonato io una settimana dopo per sapere se la console fosse arrivata, loro si sono scusati dicendomi che avevano dimenticato di chiamarmi, ah però delle console che vi arrivano quelle non ve le scordate?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto una brutta esperienza che voglio condividere con voi. Ho acquistato una card di 100 euro per ricaricare il mio account (non specifico il nome perché non è colpa del gestore che in realtà si è mostrato aperto a cercare di risolvere il problema) che ho grattato con troppa "energia" e ho letteralmente cancellato due numeri. Pertanto ho chiesto aiuto in cassa ma non ho avuto il supporto sperato; mi è stato detto di inviare una mail al servizioclientigamestop. dopo una lunga serie di mail con allegato scontrino e card da dove si evince chiaramete di aver PAGATO ma non aver usifruito dei soldi la soluzikne al problema è stata di darmi la colpa per aver grattato troppo energeticamente. Nel frattempo i miei 100 euro sono in cassa in negozio. Grazie Game stop..beati voi che quando incassate 100 euro non siete così Energici..
