M	Marco Rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non so se sono stato particolarmente sfortunato però mi sono rivolto a questa agenzia per vendere il mio appartamento.quando sono venuti a fare il sopralluogo l'agente sembrava svogliato e mi ha fatto una valutazione molto bassa (circa il 30% meno dello sperato)dicendomi che era impensabile ed impossibile poter ottenere la cifra sperata. Siamo stati trattati con presunzione e superficialità. Alla fine ci siamo affidati ad un'altra agenzia che ci ha fatto ottenere la cifra sperata.. Rispondo qui alla sua risposta dicendo che può capitare di sbagliare con un cliente,molto più grave è invece mentire...quando siete venuti a fare la valutazione la conversazione si è conclusa ringraziandovi e specificando che non avremmo scelto di affidarci a voi...poi non direi che abbiamo venduto come avete detto voi:"dopo tutto questo tempo",dato che la casa è stata messa in vendita a dicembre 2019 e venduta ad ottobre 2020 nonostante la pandemia. Ripeto può capitare di sbagliare,molto più grave è mentire I don't know if I was particularly unlucky but I turned to this agency to sell my apartment.when they came to do the inspection the agent seemed listless and gave me a very low rating (about 30% less than hoped) telling me that it was unthinkable and impossible to get the desired amount. We were treated with presumption and superficiality. In the end we relied on another agency that made us get the desired amount .. I reply here to his answer by saying that it can happen to make a mistake with a customer, much more serious is instead lying ... when you came to do the evaluation the conversation ended by thanking you and specifying that we would not have chosen to rely on you ... then I wouldn't say we sold as you said: "after all this time", since the house was put up for sale in December 2019 and sold in October 2020 despite the pandemic. I repeat it can happen to make mistakes, much more serious is lying
