Aprile '17, cado giocando a ping pong e mi fratturo Colles il polso, niente di grave. Però mi causo anche uno schiacciamento della spalla che viene incredibilmente sottovalutato dai medici del San Pietro sulla Cassia, e così in agosto '18 nuotando mi provoco uno strappo al tendine sovraspinoso. Che fare? chi dice di operarmi chi dice di no. Sono agitatissimo. Per fortuna conosco Gabriele Loli che con pazienza mi spiega il danno e mi dice che posso rimanere così, con la spalla all'80 percento. Ora, dopo le sue cure, posso condurre una vita normale, alzare il braccio, mettere la cintura di sicurezza, infilarmi la giacca, dormire senza dolore. Tanto mi basta pur di non operarmi.
Ambiente professionale ma informale. Macchine di ultima generazione. Consigliato.

Now, after his treatment, I can lead a normal life, raise my arm, put on my seat belt, put on my jacket, sleep without pain. That's enough for me not to have surgery.
