Velocissimi!!!. Marco, responsabile dell 'officina, gentile,educato,e disponibile. Il ragazzo ( del quale non ricordo il nome) che ha svolto il lavoro, anche lui si è dimostrato molto disponibile. Sono molto combattuto perché nonostante ami la mia KTM, questo concessionario è sempre costantemente pieno di lavoro, il che porta a ritardi ed una disorganizzazione nell'officina che da poca fiducia. Il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile, ma aspettatevi di attendere tempi infiniti. La preparazione meccanica è ineccepibile ma ho trovato diverse imprecisioni sulle conoscenza della parte elettronica delle moto più nuove. Attenzione al prezzo perché cercheranno di tirarlo molto. Sono quindi combattuto sul consigliarlo... Direi di sì perché alla fine sono bravi e disponibili ma mettetevi nello stato mentale adatto oppure darete di matto. We do 3 stars .. I am very torn because although I love my KTM, this dealer is always constantly full of work, which leads to delays and a disorganization in the workshop that gives little confidence. The staff are always helpful and kind, but expect to wait forever. The mechanical preparation is flawless but I found several inaccuracies on the knowledge of the electronic part of the newer bikes. Beware of the price because they will try to pull it a lot. I am therefore torn about recommending it ... I would say yes because in the end they are good and available but put yourself in the right mental state or you will go crazy.

Comunque sviste nn da poco a parte sono molto disponibili e gentili. The seller made the estimate ..... 2 times ... the third time the price increased by 1000 euros as it was wrong the first few times to enter the sale price of the requested bike. However, no recent oversights are very helpful and kind.

Rinfacciano in continuazione le spese che hanno a loro carico per la riparazione della moto. Dovevano avvisarmi il fine settimana per andare a prenderla o meno in modo che io potessi organizzarmi per il viaggio dato che abito due regioni dinstanti ma mai chiamato. Richiamato io e si difendevano in modo scorbutico provicando discussioni. La moto l'avevo consegnata pulita e con almeno 5€ di benzina. Loro invece mi hanno ridato la moto sporca, con grasso nelle plastiche e nella sella macchie che non vanno più via, un adesivo attaccato sul parafango che prima non c'era, senza fusibile dei fanali quando prima c'era, senza olio motore, e con escremeti di uccello sulle plastiche. Moto lasciata fuori sotto la pioggia. Il personale, un soggetto in particolare, risponde in modo maleducato e con mancanza di professionalità. Sconsiglio...... Instead they gave me back the dirty bike, with grease in the plastics and in the saddle, stains that no longer go away, a sticker stuck on the mudguard that was not there before, without a headlight fuse when it was there before, without engine oil, and with bird droppings on plastics. Motorcycle left outside in the rain. The staff, one person in particular, respond in a rude manner and with a lack of professionalism. I do not recommend ......

Professional dealer. . S	Stefano Andreotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa...Professionalita' minima, forse perché era solo un "umile scooter.".tenuto 45 gg per un filo elettrico interrotto (a detta loro) ed che ogni volta che chiedevo informazioni mi rimandavano di giorni...ritirato con contagiri non funzionante e viti carena posteriore mancanti .....e pensare che più di una persona.. mi aveva detto di non portarlo li....ultima cosa ma non meno importante..IL CONTO....personalmente deludente, negativa e sconsiglio... Negative experience ... Minimum professionalism, perhaps because it was only a "humble scooter.". Held 45 days for an interrupted electric wire (according to them) and that every time I asked for information they put me off for days ... withdrawn with tachometer not working and missing rear fairing screws ..... and to think that more than one person .. had told me not to take it there .... last but not least .. THE ACCOUNT .... personally disappointing, negative and I do not recommend ...

Però state attenti a quando comprate l'usato (Ve lo dico per mia esperienza personale visto che dopo aver comprato una Motard aprila 50cc e insomma da quando l'ho preso ho fatto 1000km e in questi km mi ha lasciato a piedi circa 5 volte per problemi sorti a causa di un cattivo mantenimento dell'impianto elettrico e di carburazione, poi me l'hanno anche consegnata dicendomi che era tagliandata e invece così non era visto che dopo averla portata da un meccanico ho visto con i miei occhi che c'era l'olio motore che come minimo era 2 anni che non era cambiato. QUINDI FATE MOLTA ATTENZIONE QUANDO COMPRATE USATO. A shop with friendly and helpful staff and moderate queues. But be careful when you buy the used one (I tell you this from my personal experience since after buying a Motard it opens it 50cc and in short since I got it I have done 1000km and in these km it has left me on foot about 5 times to problems that arose due to poor maintenance of the electrical and carburetion system, then they also delivered it to me telling me that it was serviced and instead it was not seen that after taking it to a mechanic I saw with my own eyes that it was there engine oil which was at least 2 years that had not changed SO PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING USED.
