Cambiamo personale ogni mese, proprio stamattina mia madre è andata a comprare delle medicine e l’hanno tratta malissimo e noi siamo clienti da anni!! Perdono tempo con i clienti , tre ore per spiegare qualcosa, non sono per niente professionali, arronzano solo ! BAD !!!! Scortesi, poco professionale ed irrispettosi della privacy dato che hanno pensato che fosse normale urlare ai quattro venti la positività della piccola che accompagnavo non ci siamo tornate più!!! L	Luisa Di simone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho letto solo ora il commento di una cliente che ho personalmente telefonato poichè la procedura del tampone gratuito effettuata al bambino non era corretta.non vedo quale può essere il problema...io svolgo un lavoro di responsabilità soprattutto con chi ci controlla ASL e mi è sembrato giusto informare la signora che il foglio di carta scritto a mano e con un semplice timbro non andava bene.giustifico l'ignoranza sia da parte nostra poichè la procedura è nuova anche per noi, ma non comprendo il condannare un comportamento del tutto lecito,poiche lavoro in farmacia e devo dare conto del nostro operato. mi dispiace che abbia frainteso le mie parole quando parlavo di blocco delle procedure ma certo non parlavo dell esito del tampone ormai in piattaforma. Il punto è che poiché dovevo fare un tampone di controllo lunedi mattina il mio medico di base mi ha anticipato la ricetta il venerdì, visto che lunedì avrebbe fatto studio il pomeriggio. La signorina al banco ha continuato a dire che ho usato la ricetta più volte, le ho anche spiegato che una volta fatto il tampone la ricetta se la tiene la farmacia. Sicuramente la ricetta bianca non andava più bene per il tampone , ma insinuare che li stavo truffando è stato mortificante , soprattutto in questo momento di difficoltà mondiale!!!! Prima di assumere controllate se ha le competenze!!!! Sapevo che per la popolazione scolastica i tamponi erano gratis quindi ci siamo muniti di ricetta fatta su carta bianca dal medico di base e la farmacia ha accettato le ricette e abbiamo fatto i tamponi, purtroppo mio fratello è risultato positivo. Oggi 18 gennaio ha telefonato la signorina della farmacia dicendo che le ricette non erano buone e che se mia madre non avesse provveduto al pagamento o a portare la ricetta meccanografica avrebbero interrotto la procedura covid per la positività di mio fratello!!!! Mia mamma domani chiederà al medico se le può fare la ricetta meccanografica, anche se penso sia stato un loro errore in più intimorire le persone con la minaccia d'interrompere le procedure covid, penso sia un comportamento scorretto soprattutto in questo momento dove le persone sono provate psicologicamente ed economicamente. Secondo me sarebbero da denuncia!!! Comportamento scorretto e non professionale On January 12th I went to the pharmacy with my mother and my brother to do the control swabs. Today, January 18, the young lady from the pharmacy phoned saying that the recipes were not good and that if my mother hadn't paid or brought the mechanographic recipe they would have stopped the covid procedure due to my brother's positivity !!!! Tomorrow my mom will ask the doctor if he can give her the mechanographic prescription, even if I think it was one more mistake to intimidate people with the threat of interrupting the covid procedures, I think it is incorrect behavior especially in this moment where people are prove psychologically and economically. In my opinion they would be a complaint !!! Incorrect and unprofessional behavior
