Mi avvisano che è pronto in mattinata , passo pomeriggio 1h30 tra spostamento e attesa mi dicono che non è pronto !scocciato chiedo di avvisarmi quando sarà pronto al ritiro , più sentiti . Dovrebbero vergognarsi !!!! Va bene guadagnarci ma rubare i soldi così… vergognosi !!!! I speak only for DIY nasal pads, bought yesterday at the mode figure of € 13.90 each !!! Chiedo spiegazioni visto che l' orario di chiusura è 19.30 ed un giovane CAFONE MALEDUCATO esce dal retro e con tono minaccioso mi risponde : " E chi l'ha detto che dobbiamo rispettare l' orario " ? Inoltre mi ha insultata dicendo che ero già stata lì a lamentarmi per un tampone, cosa MAI SUCCESSA !!!! NON MI RIVEDRETE MAI PIÙ !!!! SHAME !!!! R	Roberto Patti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei poter dare zero stelle, e questo è il motivo: 27/12/21 mi presento all’appuntamento per il test covid prenotato un mese fa (circa) e il personale mi dice alzando le spalle che i tamponi sono finiti, non sanno come aiutarmi, spiacenti. Ora, la situazione generale la capisco, che le scorte finiscano lo capisco. Quello che non capisco è perché mi fai perdere ore preziose (vista appunto la situazione) e non mi informi prima che i tamponi sono finiti, ANZI mi mandi una email ricordandomi i dettagli dell’appuntamento (si presenti puntuale!…). Comportamento vergognoso! I wish I could give zero stars, and this is the reason: 27/12/21 I show up at the appointment for the covid test booked a month ago (approximately) and the staff tells me with a shrug that the tampons are finished, they don't know how help me, sorry. Now, I understand the general situation, I understand that stocks run out. Shameful behavior!

È grande ed ha parecchi prodotti disponibili ma direi che il vero problema è il personale che ci lavora…spesso le ragazze sono indisponenti, poco attente ai bisogni dei clienti ma molto attente invece a cercare di vendere i prodotti più costosi in assoluto. Inoltre alla cassa sono di una lentezza unica e ci sono perciò spesso file infinite. Palesemente una farmacia insomma dove l’attenzione è al guadagnare non al dialogare e consigliare i pazienti, perché alla fine in farmacia va gente che ha bisogno di cure non di chiacchiere!
