Fin da subito si è dimostrato disponibile e puntuale, sempre pronto a rispondere ai miei dubbi, sia telefonicamente che via mail.
Essendo il mio primo acquisto di immobile mi sono fatto guidare attraverso tutti i passaggi, dalla trattativa al rogito e devo dire che non avrei potuto avere supporto migliore.
Nel campo immobiliare avevo avuto a che fare con persone la cui “professionalità” non era pervenuta, suggerisco di fare riferimento a lui anche per consulenza nell’ambito di affitti e perizie certificate.
L’ho infatti ricontattato a seguito di un immobile ereditato e nel giro di una settimana mi ha fatto visita con sopralluogo e perizia certificata sul valore a cui venderlo o ad a cui avrei potuto affittarlo.

Dopo diversi ostacoli causati da consulenti evidentemente inesperti, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare Fabrizio il quale, con serietà e professionalità è riuscito a farmi avere una perizia completa e dettagliata.
Ho colto l'occasione per chiedere consigli sulla possibilità di vendere l'immobile: mi ha illustrato con grande onestà tutte le opzioni suggerendomi i giusti interventi da effettuare al fine di immettere sul mercato la casa al giusto prezzo.
Che dire, in pochi giorni ha trovato un acquirente!

Inizialmente e' stata fatta una perizia per avere un chiaro quadro della situazione, e questo ci ha sicuramente aiutato a centrare l'obiettivo.
