Non si discute certo sulla qualità del prodotto sempre al top, ma sulle politiche aziendali e sul rapporto col cliente devono indubbiamente lavorare molto. Dovevo sostituire i telecomandi del mio cancello ma non forniscono più direttamente il cliente; ti indirizzano al concessionario di zona che per me in realta' rimane molto FUORI ZONA e non posso certo perdere una giornata a Firenze.
Significantly worsened over the years. Certainly there is no discussion about the quality of the product always at the top, but the company policies and the relationship with the customer must undoubtedly work a lot. I had to replace the remote controls of my gate but they no longer supply the customer directly; they direct you to the local dealer who for me is actually very OUT OF ZONE and I certainly can't miss a day in Florence.
