She explained everything in a very clear and helpful way, getting a good balance between grammar and fun conversation. Would 100% recommend doing classes with her if you get the chance!

I attended a two-week learning holiday programmme tailored specifically for solo travellers. I was utterly satisfied by the classes and the cultural tours in the afternoons (with the delightful Maurizio)! Elisabetta is the sweetest teacher I could have asked for and Ulrike at the front desk was always available and willing to help all the students. Insomma, complimenti a tutte e tutti!! :)

Later on Elisabetta took over our group and she was equally fantastic. I really enjoyed chatting with the other nationalities as everyone had an interesting story to tell. What was especially great was that we all got an opportunity to speak and Elisabetta was very encouraging. I could gradually feel my language skills improve and i gained in confidence. Euro pass also offer a private conversational class option. I took a number of these classes with Enzo which were also great. I have learned a lot over the past few months and hope to continue my Italian learning experience with Europass when I return to Florence next week. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly( I must give Ulrinke a special mention here) A five star rating from me!

The approach to language learning is structured, with time devoted to both grammar and speaking, but remains fun and relaxed as different activities are always used throughout each day. I have had fun learning Italian, learning about the history and culture and meeting others from around the world! A great way to spend your time in Florence! All the teachers and staff are lovely and are always happy to help you!

I learned more in a week than an entire previous course of three months. Great extra activities and highly recommend the cooking classes. Such an amazing city, I cannot imagine a better place to study and Europass staff make everything clear and easy.

The communication was very easy when setting up the lessons, and they have their own exercise books which are well-conceived. Highly recommend Europass to anyone wanting to improve their Italian.

The school is located right in the city, close to the beautiful Duomo and the impressive Santa Croce, so it has a great location. It is a very friendly place and especially the high quality of the teachers was very impressive. I also met many other great people in the courses with whom I went on exciting trips organized by the school. I will definitely come back on my next vacation and until then I will take some online courses at Europass so that I can continue to improve my Italian throughout. Highly recommendable!

My teachers were all incredibly friendly and encouraging so it was a very safe space to learn and improve. I went to Europass hoping to build my confidence with Italian and kick start my language learning journey and the school delivered that and then some! My host mum was delightful, cooked brilliant food and really helped me to practice what I learnt in class. I loved every moment of my experience in Florence and I'm already planning my return!
