★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non posso che lasciare una pessima recensione: due volte che porto la macchina ( acquistata da loro! ) a tagliando e due volte che la ricevo danneggiata nella carrozzeria in maniera grave. Nessuna disponibilità o tentativo nel ripristinare le cose. Questa è indice di professionalità scadente.
 Unfortunately I can only leave a bad review: twice that I bring the car (bought by them!) To the coupon and twice that I get it damaged in the bodywork in a serious way. No availability or attempt to restore things. This is a sign of poor professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio subito una premessa; difficilmente rilascio recensioni, soprattutto se negative, ma mi sento veramente in dovere di sottolineare la gran professionalità e la passione con cui il personale di questa concessionaria mi ha trattato. Ho appena acquistato un'evoque usata, dopo la visione ho deciso di acquistarla, il ragazzo di nome Massimiliano mi è stato dietro telefonicamemte per quei pochi giorni in cui è durata l'attesa per la risposta della finanziaria. Successivamente sono andato con mia moglie da Novara a Trento con il treno e Massimiliano mi è venuto a prendere in stazione accompagnandoci in concessionaria, dove mi sono state date indicazioni molto esaustive sull'auto e la sua garanzia. Mi sento di consigliare fortemente questi eccezionali venditori, ormai cosa rara da trovare!
I make a premise immediately; I hardly release reviews, especially if they are negative, but I really feel compelled to underline the great professionalism and passion with which the staff of this dealership treated me. I have just purchased a used evoque, after the vision I decided to buy it, the guy named Massimiliano was behind me for those few days in which the waiting for the financial response lasted. Later I went with my wife from Novara to Trento by train and Massimiliano came to pick me up at the station and took us to the dealership, where I was given very comprehensive information about the car and its warranty. I can strongly recommend these exceptional sellers, now a rare thing to find!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo posso dare solo una stella, poiché sono rimasto deluso. Sono andato da Merano a Trento alla Land Rover per alla ricerca di un'auto usata. Il venditore è stato cordiale e mi ha detto che in pochi giorni gli sarebbe arrivata un'auto adatta alle mie esigenze, descrivendola nei dettagli e comunicandomi il prezzo orientativo di vendita. Io gli ho subito risposto che ero molto interessato e propenso all’acquisto, al che mi dava l'indirizzo e-mail dicendomi di contattarlo in qualche giorno e che mi avrebbe informato non appena la macchina sarebbe stata disponibile presso il concessionario.
L'ho contattato poco dopo via mail, come da accordi, ma senza ricevere nessuna risposta. Poiché il venditore aveva spiegato che ci sarebbero voluti circa 10 giorni prima che l'auto fosse disponibile non ero preoccupato, anzi, fidandomi ho smesso di cercare altri veicoli.
Dopo 10 giorni senza sue notizie, ho chiamato telefonicamente e la sua risposta era che era occupato e che avrebbe richiamato immediatamente. Ma così non è stato, anzi il giorno seguente un altro venditore della stessa concessionaria mi ha richiamato informandomi che il suo collega non aveva tempo per me ed inoltre che il veicolo offertomi era già stato venduto e quindi non più disponibile.
Con la stessa telefonata mi sono stati offerti altri due veicoli che non rispondevano alle mie esigenze ne per quanto riguarda il prezzo, né per le condizioni.
Unfortunately I can only give one star, as I was disappointed. I went from Merano to Trento to the Land Rover to look for a used car. The seller was friendly and told me that in a few days he would get a car suitable for my needs, describing it in detail and giving me the indicative selling price. I immediately replied that I was very interested and inclined to purchase, to which he gave me the e-mail address telling me to contact him in a few days and that he would inform me as soon as the car was available at the dealer.
I contacted him shortly after by email, as agreed, but without receiving any reply. Since the seller had explained that it would take about 10 days for the car to be available I was not worried, on the contrary, trusting I stopped looking for other vehicles.
After 10 days without hearing from him, I called on the phone and his response was that he was busy and would call back immediately. But this was not the case, on the contrary the following day another salesman from the same dealership called me back informing me that his colleague did not have time for me and also that the vehicle offered to me had already been sold and therefore no longer available.
With the same phone call, I was offered two other vehicles that did not meet my needs either in terms of price or conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima ho chiesto il loro numero privato di carroattrezzi e non mi hanno dato il numero che 5/6 anni fà avevo usufruito in quanto ero possessore di una Land Cruiser usata immatricolata Taxi.
Il carroattrezzi a quel tempo la sede era a Cimone o Garniga Terme.
