Sul loro sito campeggia il banner "spedizione in 24/48h con corriere SDA" la spedizione mi è arrivata DOPO UNA SETTIMANA con corriere GLS. Come se non bastasse, dopo 24h dalla conferma dell'ordine, mi contattano per dirmi che il sistema aveva erroneamente calcolato il totale e quindi per avere il mio prodotto avrei dovuto pagare 6 euro in più!! in totale 13 euro di spedizione!! Manco per le spedizioni dall'estero si paga così tanto. Il prodotto è arrivato imballato con un sottilissimo strato di mille-bolle, e all'interno dello scatolone in cui era inserito ballava. Nemmeno un messaggio o un bigliettino di scuse per il disservizio. Davvero un servizio pessimo! Sconsiglio a tutti quanti!!! Really bad service! If you could put 0 stars I would put them. On their site stands the banner "shipping in 24 / 48h with SDA courier" the shipment arrived to me AFTER ONE WEEK with GLS courier. As if that were not enough, after 24 hours from the order confirmation, they contact me to tell me that the system had wrongly calculated the total and therefore to have my product I would have had to pay 6 euros more !! in total 13 euros shipping !! I miss so much for shipments from abroad. The product arrived packed with a very thin layer of thousand-bubbles, and inside the box in which it was inserted it danced. Not even a message or a note of apology for the disservice. Really bad service! I do not recommend to everyone !!!

Chiedo per lo meno un cambio di prodotto ovviamente aggiungendo denaro se necessario. Niente, impossibilità categorica di sostituzione o cambio prodotto. Peccato davvero. Hanno perso un cliente.
