Pensavo che, come ha sempre fatto il mio elettrauto a Torino, potesse venire in area di sosta a sostituirmela. Invece mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto a fare partire il camper ma il lunedì dalle 9:00. Ok, io dovevo rientrare il lunedì ma comunque ho accettato. Il lunedì mattina, sveglia alle 7:00, smonta veranda, sistema tutto sul camper e alle 8:30 attendo l'arrivo in pieno sole. Poiché fino alle 10:00 non ho visto nessuno, chiamo l'elettrauto che mi dice che ha avuto un inconveniente e che poteva venire non prima del pomeriggio. Comprendendo che si possono avere dei problemi, ho contestato il fatto che non mi avesse ancora avvertito e che, se non avessi chiamato io, non so quando mi avrebbe avvisato. Mi è stato risposto che lui lavorava e non era come me in vacanza (peccato che dovessi rientrare!!!). Ho allora detto che mi sarei aggiustato diversamente e che avrei rilasciato questa recensione per suggerire ad eventuali altri clienti di verificare tempestivamente quando un appuntamento non viene rispettato, senza attendere troppo..... Meno male che ho trovato un altro gentile meccanico che mi ha sostituito la batteria. I called on Friday afternoon because I was stopped with the camper with the battery to be replaced. I thought that, as my electrician has always done in Turin, he could come to the parking area to replace it. Instead he told me that he would come to start the camper but on Monday from 9:00. Ok, I had to come back on Monday but I accepted anyway. On Monday morning, wake up at 7:00 am, dismantle the veranda, put everything on the camper and at 8:30 am I await the arrival in full sun. Since I haven't seen anyone until 10:00, I call the electrician who tells me that he had an inconvenience and that he could come not earlier than the afternoon. Realizing that there may be problems, I contested the fact that he still hadn't warned me and that if I hadn't called, I don't know when he would have warned me. I was told that he worked and was not like me on vacation (too bad I had to come back !!!). I then said that I would adjust myself differently and that I would release this review to suggest to any other customers to check promptly when an appointment is not respected, without waiting too long ..... Luckily I found another nice mechanic who asked me replaced the battery.
G	Giuseppe Monaldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho soggiornato 4 giorni in vacanza ad Orbetello con la famiglia,la mattina di sabato 8 agosto la mia grande punto 1,3 multi jet del 2009 non dava segni di vita,la batteria era andata. Cerco su Google e vedo che a 50 metri dall'hotel c' è un elettrauto,vado immediatamente ed espongo il problema, chiedo se poteva cambiarmi la batteria sul posto,la risposta è negativa,mi dice che sarebbe venuto a mettermela in moto con i cavi poi sarei dovuto andare in officina. Fin qui niente da dire, arriva in bici con con i cavi dopo 10 minuti,devo dire veramente con tempestività, vado in officina e nel giro di 20 minuti mi sostituisce la batteria da 50 ampere. Fin qui tutto bene ,peccato che mi presenta un conto da 198 euro così specificato: Euro 152 batteria Euro 46 mano d'opera Il costo della mano d'opera credo sia congruo,quello della batteria completamente fuori mercato. Chiedete il prezzo prima ,meglio ancora evitatel. I stayed 4 days on holiday in Orbetello with my family, on the morning of Saturday 8 August my big punto 1,3 multi jet from 2009 showed no signs of life, the battery was gone. So far nothing to say, he arrives by bike with cables after 10 minutes, I must say really promptly, I go to the workshop and within 20 minutes he replaces the 50 amp battery. So far so good, too bad that he presents me with a 198 euro bill as follows: Euro 152 battery Euro 46 labor I think the cost of labor is reasonable, that of the battery completely out of the market. Ask for the price first, better yet avoid it.

Pourrait quand même prendre la carte pour le paiement ! Very helpful. Going out of his way to help me out in his parking lot and despite the difficulties with his parts supplier. Could still take the card for payment!
