I have ECM coffee machine. There are no spare parts in Russia. I bought the coffee group gasket online (shipping abroad via Poste Italiane with a tracking number). I received it within 3-4 weeks. A thousand thanks!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in America and needed a new cucina con forno for our home near Tolentino and communicated with Gianni over email. We had only two weeks in Italy so it was important to get this arranged before we arrived. I am learning Italian but he replied in both Italian and English and helped us choose the right one. He ordered it for us, and installed it, and took away the old one. Gianni was gentilissimo and very knowledgable. Our cover from the manufacturer broke in shipment twice but Gianni saved it for our next visit and came out again to install it. He has a lot of coffee machines but more than just coffee! We also bought a microonde. His prices are very reasonable and the service is ottimo!
