Non hanno risposto UNA VOLTA. Vergognosi. I tried to get in touch for almost two months with the only phone number available. I also left several messages on the answering machine. They didn't answer ONCE. Shameful.

Anche la segretaria si è sempre dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile, basta porsi con educazione. The doctor is very competent, helpful and thorough in his explanations. Avevo chiamato per sapere se potessi recarmi in studio nei prossimi giorni per richiedere un certificato medico per malattia da poter presentare a lavoro. Purtroppo la persona al di là della cornetta mi ha interrotta prima di poter finire di parlare, in modo scontroso e davvero poco gentile, dicendomi che non avrebbero avuto posto (da lì a mai?!). Pessimo servizio, mi dispiace. Unfortunately, my review is aimed at the service received by phone a little while ago. I had called to find out if I could go to the office in the next few days to request a medical certificate for illness that I can present at work. Unfortunately the person on the other side of the phone interrupted me before I could finish speaking, in a grumpy and really unkind way, telling me that they wouldn't have room (from there to ever ?!). Bad service, sorry.

Lo consiglio vivamente. The doctor is very competent, capable of listening and empathetic. Always helpful and serious. One of the few doctors who visit his patients. I highly recommend it.
