V	Vito Garosi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I' 11/06/2020, ho acquistato un auto dalla concessionaria Di Maso Auto, da premettere che nessuno me lo ha presentato l'ho trovato su google, ho notato subito la Professionalità, della Signora Anna la Titolare insieme al Signor patrizio il Marito anch'egli il Titolare, la prima cosa ti fanno sentire sicuri e un poco in famiglia, la scelta era vasta ma secondo le mie esigenze ho trovato l'auto, in ottime condizioni, ciò vuol dire che di maso sceglie le auto veramente ottime per il cliente, comunque Io personalmente da Di Maso ho trovato Prezzo Qualità ed un ottimo finanziamento consigliato sempre da Di Maso, Grazie di Vero Cuore. V	Vincenza Formisano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza PESSIMA. Unica nota positiva: la moglie del proprietario, una signora molto gentile. Purtroppo non basta. Di seguito i dettagli: Ho comprato un'auto usata a fine maggio, con una garanzia per 6 mesi. Già dal primo giorno che l'ho presa l'auto non accelerava e non si chiudevano le porte con la chiave, senza parlare poi dell'impianto elettrico. Lo faccio presente e me la riparano (anche se non del tutto). Da contratto dovevano darmi anche uno specchietto nuovo perché danneggiato, il concessionario disse che lo avrebbe ordinato e mi avrebbe richiamato. In due mesi non sono mai stata contattata! A fine agosto l'auto si ferma per strada, ne vado a parlare col concessionario e si mostra molto reticente. Con sufficienza mi dice che la garanzia non copre il guasto, dopo ritratta e dice che forse lo copre, quindi devo aggiustarla privatamente e portargli la fattura. Dato che l'auto aveva già dato problemi ed il meccanico della concessionaria aveva già messo le mani vicino, chiedo se posso portarla da lui ( PAGANDO, se avessi dovuto farlo). IL concessionario mi dice di no con tono molto stizzito. Dopo varie vicissitudini col meccanico (altra persona che poi ho scoperto essere poco seria e professionale), mi rivolgo di nuovo al concessionario. Lui continua ad usare modi poco consoni, così interviene la moglie, che cerca di mediare. Ho apprezzato il tentativo, ma ormai avevo perso la stima e la pazienza. BAD experience. Sufficiently he tells me that the warranty does not cover the fault, then retracts and says that maybe it does, so I have to fix it privately and bring him the invoice. Since the car had already given problems and the mechanic of the dealership had already put his hands close, I ask if I can take it to him (PAYING, if I had to do it). The dealer tells me no in a very angry tone. After various vicissitudes with the mechanic (another person who I later discovered to be not very serious and professional), I turn to the dealer again. He continues to use inappropriate ways, so his wife intervenes, trying to mediate. I appreciated the attempt, but by now I had lost my esteem and patience.

Avevo individuato un'auto che durante il test faceva un rumore nel lato posteriore. Gli ho detto che sarei ritornato col meccanico e ho ricevuto una risposta sgarbata e stizzita, mi sono sentito dire che adesso era sicuro che l'auto non l'avrebbe venduta più in quanto "auto provata va subito acquistata" molto superstizioso. Non comprerò l'auto, nonostante mi piacesse, per poca professionalità e maleducazione. The customer is seen as a nuisance. It should just buy. What happened is singular.
