 Competent, kind, helpful and very patient staff. They listened to all my countless requests and quickly found the right solution. We are 3 years with them and I don't think we will leave them. Highly recommended!

First experience with this tour operator but really kind and efficient. Unfortunately due to sudden health problems I had to cancel the reservation and they were very helpful and quick in handling the situation.
I highly recommend it!

Anche se non è stato possibile parlare telefonicamente con un operatore, una nostra richiesta di variazione della data di Check-in, è stata gestita interamente via email nel giro di 2gg lavorativi (perchè si attendeva la conferma della struttura).
Per la seconda volta si conferma una tra le migliori agenzie di viaggio con cui abbia mai avuto a che fare.

Even if it was not possible to speak by phone with an operator, our request to change the Check-in date was handled entirely via email within 2 working days (because we awaited the confirmation of the structure).
For the second time, it is confirmed as one of the best travel agencies I have ever dealt with.
