★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alla ricerca di un panino al volo ci siamo fermati qui... sorpresa! Ambiente semplicissimo immerso nella natura e una scelta ottima dei prodotti. Il menù è veramente ridotto ma in pochissime righe si trova tutta la bontà e la genuinità dei sapori e degli odori siciliani: tonno, carciofi, olio, miele, latte di mandorla, granite, vino.
Una nota positiva va al pane usato, buonissimo.
Complimenti anche al personale gentilissimo e molto preparato sui prodotti usati e venduti.
Questo bistrot è una di quelle meravigliose chicche che si trovano in giro per la Sicilia.
 Looking for a sandwich on the fly we stopped here ... surprise! Very simple environment surrounded by nature and an excellent choice of products. The menu is really small but in a few lines you will find all the goodness and authenticity of Sicilian flavors and smells: tuna, artichokes, oil, honey, almond milk, slush, wine.
A positive note goes to the used bread, very good.
Congratulations also to the kind and very prepared staff on used and sold products.
This bistro is one of those wonderful goodies that are found around Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una piccola oasi nel deserto dove gustare una birra ghiacciata o un ottimo calice di vino accompagnati da prodotti tipici semplici e gustosi. Dopo una camminata sotto il sole cocente, non c'è nulla di meglio che una sosta in questo piccolo paradiso.

All'ombra di alberi di noce, con l"scaletta dei sapori", studiata con cibi selezionati e/o autoprodorti, si ritrova il contatto con la bellezza. Attentissimi alle norme anticovid, Luca e la splendida Zia ci hanno accolti con educazione e simpatia. Del resto siamo in un'oasi unica nel suo genere, e chi lavora al suo interno lo fa cn grande sacridocio e rispetto. Come non apprezzare tutto ciò, se poi è anche ben condito, siamo a cavallo!
The products are qualitatively excellent and the dishes are prepared with great care and passion. In the shade of walnut trees, with the "range of flavors", studied with selected foods and / or self-produced products, contact with beauty is found. Very attentive to the anticovid rules, Luca and the splendid Aunt welcomed us with education and sympathy. Moreover, we are in a unique oasis of its kind, and those who work inside it do it with great sacridocy and respect. How can we not appreciate all this, if it is also well seasoned, we are on horseback!
