Un giorno mi sono svegliata con un occhio chiuso da secrezione giallognola ho chiamato la guardia medica descrivendo i sintomi e mi ha detto di andare in farmacia e mettere il tobral collirio. Dopo 2 giorni non mi passa anzi mi peggiorano i sintomi e ho pensato di chiamare la dottoressa visto che aveva un numero delle emergenze ma ovviamente dopo diversi tentativi nessuna risposta.mi chiama lei dopo un giorno e spiegai la situazione e si è accanita contro l'operatore della guardia medica dicendo che non si possono fare diagnosi telefoniche e che il tobral era acqua. Mi ha prescritto per telefono un'altro collirio e fatta una diagnosi telefonica cosa che la guardia medica non poteva fare. Dopo qualche giorno l'occhio sempre peggio la chiamo non risponde e vado allo studio dove la segretaria senonché sorella della dottoressa mi ha aggredito dicendo che non avevo un appuntamento e che se sapeva non mi avrebbe neanche fatta entrare. Le chiedo di farmi parlare con la dottoressa e lei mi risponde a brutto tono che dovevo continuare la cura che mi aveva dato per telefono la dottoressa senza nessuna visita. Sono andata da un'altro oculista e per farvela breve avevo una bruttissima cheratite erpetica e ho rischiato la vista ad un occhio grazie alla sua poca professionalità e disponibilità Epochal expectations so far you can close an (eye) until something very serious happens to you. He prescribed another eye drop over the phone and made a phone diagnosis which the medical guard could not do. After a few days the eye gets worse and worse, I don't call her and I go to the study where the secretary but the doctor's sister attacked me saying that I didn't have an appointment and that if she knew she wouldn't even let me in. I ask her to let me talk to the doctor and she replies in a bad tone that I had to continue the treatment that the doctor had given me by phone without any visit. I went to another ophthalmologist and to make a long story short I had a very bad herpetic keratitis and I risked the sight in one eye thanks to his lack of professionalism and availability

Mi sono presentato con 25 min di anticipo in compagnia di mia figlia di 2 anni ( la quale sarebbe stata prelevata da un famigliare prima della visita oculistica) ma la dottoressa mi ha negato di salire allo studio in anticipo ed consigliandomi di andare a prendere un caffè per perdere del tempo e poi iniziare la visita in orario. Ovviamente alla visita Nn sono andato. NoN consiglio questo medico X il suo cattivo rapporto con i pazienti. Professionally Nn know how it is. But Dottssa very incorrect. I showed up 25 minutes in advance in two years my daughter's company (which would be taken from a family before the eye exam) but the doctor denied me to go up to the study in advance and advising me to go get a coffee to lose time and then start the tour on time. Of course, the Nn visit went. I NoT recommend this doctor X his bad relationship with patients.

Per l'appuntamento ci vuole tanto da aspettare ma vale la pena aspettare.... She is a super good patient doctor, she visited my little girl and was really good, she has patience with children and also with adults, I recommend her a lot .... Uscite dalla visita completamente rasserenati dalla sensazione che avete avuto di fronte qualcuno che sa esattamente cosa dovete fare. L'ho conosciuta casualmente cercando su google "oculista Montesilvano" ed ho avuto molta fortuna. La mia oculista per sempre. Conquistato. Go there.
