★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the tour and the light lunch with tasting of 4 wines. The place is great, in the middle of Chianti hills (between San Casciano and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa).
The visit bring you from the grapes to the cellar and the cheese making place.
We booked the ligh lunch, that is a real lunch but only with cold food, most of them from the Fattoria. Great vegetables, ham and their cheese are really worth to taste.
On we had a selection of 4 of their wines (some we did already know) and they are good.
The domain is fully in bio and sustainable management. They do as well their olive oil.
A stop I highly recommend. Think to book if you want to have lunch there as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice winery and cheese factory. We did the tour and tasting (recommended to book ahead). Enjoyed seeing and learning how their wine is made (we came at a time where they don't milk their sheep so the cheese factory isn't working and they just age the harder cheeses). It was fun, educational and very tasty. Good activity for 2 hours. Our tour guide was very nice!
