★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato per diverse agenzie di Verona, mi sono affidato a Cometto Immobiliare, gestita dalla signora Dolores. E' molto professionale, gentile e attenta. Alle spalle molti anni di esperienza in questo ambiente, e lo si nota dal fatto che è molto preparata sia sulle caratteristiche degli immobili (struttura, planimetria, quartiere circostante, qualità edile ecc), che su tutta la burocrazia che ahimè è molta e complicata.
Oltre a questo, molto positivo il fatto che, una volta comprato l'immobile, mi ha seguito per ogni mia richiesta o dubbio, e avere un esperto di immobili che possa fare da tramite con l'impresa edile è un vero e proprio aiuto!!!

In addition to this, very positive is the fact that, once I bought the property, he followed me for all my requests or doubts, and having a real estate expert who can act as an intermediary with the construction company is a real help! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 perché non è possibile mettere -5, ho cercato di contattare la Sig.ra responsabile di tale agenzia per diversi giorni in diverse ore senza successo. Mai ricevuta 1 risposta: o gli annunci che pubblicano sono falsi oppure sono falsi loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver cercato plurime volte in diversi giorni di contattare telefonicamente questa agenzia, ho deciso di andare di persona, non avendo mai ricevuto risposta.
L'agenzia si trova in centro città, quindi ho dovuto prendere la macchina, consumare benzina, cercare parcheggio, pagarlo e incamminarmi in questo pellegrinaggio.
Una volta arrivata la signora era, giustamente, impegnata in un appuntamento quindi in modo sbrigativo mi dice che la lista d'attesa per l'appartamento che desideravo é lunghissima quindi ciao e tanti saluti.
Capisco che in un periodo come questo avete voi il coltello dalla parte del manico, però se offrite una servizio fatelo bene! Mi offro come segretaria per rispondere alle mail e le varie telefonate, seriamente.
Spero di potermi ricredere un giorno su di voi, ma per ora a tutti i giovani come me in cerca di appartamento dico: rivolgetevi a qualcuno che ha del tempo da dedicarvi, anche fossero solo due minuti via telefono.

Once arrived the lady was, rightly, engaged in an appointment so in a hasty way she tells me that the waiting list for the apartment I wanted is very long so hello and greetings.
I understand that in a period like this you have the knife on the side of the handle, but if you offer a service, do it well! I offer myself as a secretary to answer emails and various phone calls, seriously.
I hope I will be able to change my mind about you one day, but for now to all young people like me looking for an apartment I say: contact someone who has time to dedicate to you, even if it were only two minutes by phone.
