Il vino in bottiglia è di alto profilo, anche se, ovviamente, non economico. Quest'azienda è diventata il mio punto di riferimento per il vino. Accolti da Niccolò siamo stati accompagnati nella visita con grande disponibilità. Iniziamo con la descrizione dei vigneti disposti ad anfiteatro di fronte alla cantina che funge da palcoscenico. I grappoli, gli spettatori, ormai sono nelle botti per trasformarsi in vino. La visita prosegue all'interno e la fortuna vuole che abbiano appena finito di travasare, colmando l'ambiente di un profumo di mosto avvolgente ed allegro. Proseguiamo nella barricaia con il telaio rosso Ferrari sulla parete in fondo; la descrizione dello Chardonnay che riposa nelle botti già me lo fa pregustare. Visita con spiegazione esaustiva nel piccolo atelier-museo dedicato agli abiti, opere d'arte, di Mila Shön e poi degustazione. Assaggiamo il Mila, naturalmente, uno splendido Chardonnay passato in barrique del 2015. Veramente ottimo: sentore di legno non invadente che impreziosisce il bouque già ricco. Facciamo ancora una passeggiata tra i vigneti per goderci la bella giornata e il calore del vino. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo pomeriggio ??? Today taking advantage of the free time and the beautiful day we visited the Colle Manora winery. Welcomed by Niccolò we were accompanied on the visit with great availability. Let's start with the description of the vineyards arranged in an amphitheater in front of the cellar that serves as a stage. The bunches, the spectators, are now in the barrels to turn into wine. The visit continues inside and luck has it that they have just finished decanting, filling the environment with an enveloping and cheerful perfume of must. We continue in the barrel room with the Ferrari red frame on the back wall; the description of the Chardonnay resting in the barrels already gives me a foretaste. Visit with exhaustive explanation in the small atelier-museum dedicated to Mila Shön's clothes, works of art and then tasting. Let's taste the Mila, of course, a splendid Chardonnay aged in barrique from 2015. Really excellent: an unobtrusive hint of wood that embellishes the already rich bouque. Let's take a walk through the vineyards again to enjoy the beautiful day and the warmth of the wine. We had a wonderful afternoon ???
