★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo specchio del negozio lo fa il personale, ma quando trovi nel punto vendita di PELLARO Centro, LA RESPONSABILE, così si presenta, SCORTESE e con quell'aria di qui comando io non è assolutamente bello. Acquistato un prodotto che nell'utilizzo non andava bene dopo essere tornata il giorno seguente e seguendo le indicazioni, per l'utilizzo, che mi venivano indicate, lo stesso il problema sussisteva, ripresentandomi dopo qualche giorno e parlando con la RESPONSABILE, mancava solo che mi prendeva a mal parole, arrogante e non professionale a capire e cercare di risolvere il problema del cliente, il ché non ha voluto sentire alcuna spiegazione rifiutando la sostituzione del prodotto, concludo con una valutazione NEGATIVA per il trattamento avuto, NON CONSIGLIATO.

Purchased a product that did not go well in use after returning the following day and following the directions for use that were indicated to me, the problem still existed, returning after a few days and talking to the MANAGER, it was just missing that he took me badly, arrogant and unprofessional to understand and try to solve the customer's problem, which did not want to hear any explanation by refusing to replace the product, I conclude with a NEGATIVE evaluation for the treatment had, NOT RECOMMENDED.
