Una volta ogni tot parte una voce registrata che ti mette in attesa per poi far cadere la linea... vergogna!

Once every tot a recorded voice starts that puts you on hold and then drops the line ... shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È vergognoso che non si riesca a prendere appuntamento tramite telefono! Non rispondono mai, la cortesia è un optional, non c'è parcheggio. Vado solo per necessità.

Il signore alla reception non ti lascia neanche parlare...anno sempre ragione loro anche davanti all'evidenza....e in più ti prende anche per i fondelli.... oggi la mia pazienza purtroppo non a contatto fino a 10!!!! Sono stufa di pagare e di subire la maleducazione di questi personaggi ? BASTA!!!!
