★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately all the ebikes were sold out caused by popular demand. We rented ordinary mountainbikes instead but they were very very nice to drive and without any defects or anything. The man and the shop was very competent, friendly and funny. I recommend to call the shop a few days earlier if you want to rent a certain style of bike and reserve the bikes for the day you have in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We borrowed two e-mountain bikes and were very satisfied. We delivered the two bicycles to the hotel and picked them up there too. Bicycles were fine, I'm sure you have a few things here and there that don't run so smoothly on your bike, but that's normal with bikes that you get tired of. Very nice and good service. Lend us a few bikes again from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are experienced MTB riders from Germany, but without an e-bike and were looking forward to our first e-bike ride. The contact was very friendly and we booked bikes for a day. Unfortunately the battery was already at the end of 17 KM and 1100 HM at the exit and we are back. The reception was very unfriendly because we were told that it was not customary to change the batteries. After a short discussion, the batteries were exchanged. After just a few kilometers, the chain of one MTB kept jumping off the sprocket. We were lucky enough to have our own tools with us! We almost wanted to turn back, but then went on. Then on the way back the next disaster: the brake shoes of one bike were completely down and we still had to overcome a steep 700 m altitude. Back in the bike shop, only the non-functional brake was confirmed, an apology or even a refund was not offered, only the washing of the hands, which had been soiled by the permanent Kentent disaster. Our recommendation: better to another rental company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am visiting from Alabama, USA. And I have never been to this region before I am a cyclist. Cisco sport was recommended by several locals. After contacting them by phone, they emailed me promptly my choices for CyclingTours. I opted for a three hour personal guided Valley and history tour. It was a joy to have Andrea Ursery as my personal guide. He spoke English very well and offered many historical facts as we climbed trails and passed through tunnels among so many other things.
Most of all, I felt very safe and protected. When cycling in traffic, he always put my safety first.
I can highly recommend using them for various tours. The cost for the tours are very fair and well worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service and really helpful. The seller was well experienced in the local area and he showed us nice routes to take with the mountain e-bikes. We had some amazing views and the bikes made the whole experience more unique. Grazie mille!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are anywhere in Garda and even close to Toscolano and are planning to do any kind of bike activity you have to go to Ciscosport!!! Road, MTB, E-Bike doesn't matter!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable team. Great equipment or you bring your own bike. Had a great tour with Marco, showing me some trails that I would have never found that were off the regular tourist routes. Super nice and professional at the same time. Had a perfect time. From the organisation of the ride, then the espresso in the morning and the beer after the cleaning of the bike, everything just perfect. Beautiful stops in mountain villages and swims in little ponds. and from both of them always with a smile, loved it. Just a perfect day. Thank you once again
