Sono stati molto cortesi e professionali: ho inviato due foto, con le quali hanno confermato di poterla riparare e mi hanno fatto un preventivo di massima. L’hanno riparata in 24 ore, preventivo più che ragionevole rispettato al centesimo, e risultato eccellente, sedia praticamente nuova. Hanno anche ottimi prodotti (serie ufficio) in vendita. I contacted Chitarpi to repair the piston and wheels of a leather office chair. They were very courteous and professional: I sent two photos, with which they confirmed that they could repair it and gave me a rough estimate. They repaired it in 24 hours, a more than reasonable estimate respected to the penny, and an excellent result, practically new chair. They also have great products (office series) for sale.
