★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il luogo è molto suggestivo. Si tratta di un piccolissimo borgo di poche case, di origine altomedievale, che sorge il prossimità della chiesa (la cui fondazione risale al X secolo) dedicata all'Arcangelo Michele e posta a custodia dell'imboccatura della Valle del Bisenzio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo di passaggio x chi fa escursioni a piedi, nella zona di canneto prato, ai piedi della calvana. Molto carino, tranquillo, isolato dalla citta che rimane sottostante, accanto un piccolo cimitero e intorno ulivi e vegetazione.
