★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa chiesa è la più antica di Polesella.Le sue linee architettoniche di ispirazione romanica sono, a distanza di secoli ancora intatte e caratterizzano il centro della frazione di Raccano.All'interno, si conserva la riproduzione di una scultura lignea, il cui originale è stato portato a Rovigo, che è costituita da tre edicole.In quella centrale è raffigurata la Vergine Maria, alla cui Natività è dedicata la Chiesa.I restauri interni recentemente eseguiti nel rispetto della struttura originaria hanno valorizzato questa chiesa che è aperta regolarmente per la messa domenicale ed in altre occasioni religiose e culturali.
This church is the oldest in Polesella. Its architectural lines of Romanesque inspiration are, after centuries still intact and characterize the center of the hamlet of Raccano. Inside, the reproduction of a wooden sculpture is preserved, whose original is it was brought to Rovigo, which consists of three aedicules. In the central one is depicted the Virgin Mary, to whose Nativity the Church is dedicated. The internal restorations recently carried out with respect for the original structure have enhanced this church which is regularly opened for mass Sunday and other religious and cultural occasions.
