Ho trovato gentilezza, disponibilità e competenza nel titolare sig. Giovanni e nella sua squadra, di cui ho apprezzato l'affiatamento, l'organizzazione e lo spirito di collaborazione. The result was truly satisfying for the quality of the materials, the precision of the work, the attention to aesthetic and functional details. I found kindness, availability and competence in the owner Mr. Giovanni and his team, of which I appreciated the harmony, organization and spirit of collaboration. A big thank you also to Katia for the assistance she gave my husband and I in completing the paperwork, for the accuracy of her answers and for the kindness with which she devoted her time to us.

La qualità dei materiali è ottima: adesso la casa è isolata acusticamente come volevamo. Erano rimaste delle piccole macchie di colla e sono tornati subito a toglierle con un prodotto apposito. Ottimo supporto amministrativo da parte di Katia. 5 stelle meritate. Very good. They eliminated the old windows and installed the new ones surgically in no time. The quality of the materials is excellent: now the house is soundproofed as we wanted. There were some small glue spots left and they immediately went back to remove them with a special product. Excellent administrative support from Katia. 5 stars you deserve.

Vista l'importanza del lavoro ho fatto diversi preventivi e incontrato diverse " personalità " e devo dire di aver trovato una brava persona ed un gentiluomo. Poi le mele non cadono mai lontano dall'albero e così il suo staff giovane ma professionale non sono stati da meno. Dei tanti lavori fatti negli ultimi mesi sono stati quelli che hanno rispettato le date ed il cantiere trattandosi di una casa abitata. Pazienti e disponibili al di sopra della media in una realtà fatta non sempre di persone ma di "fatture". Senza rischiare di essere patetico voglio dire che poi il rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente vantaggioso quando si cerca un prodotto di qualità ma soprattutto una posa in opera meticolosa e quasi ossessiva, fatta da persone che sanno come guadagnarsi la fiducia! Questa esperienza però assume contorni assolutamente diversi quando a seguitirti ci sono professionisti competenti cortesi e attenti, inclini a prestare ascolto ad ogni esigenza del cliente. Giovanni katia, e tutto il team di tecnici istallatori sono stati assolutamente impeccabili e in grado di superare nell'ottica della soddisfazione del cliente, ogni tipo di difficoltà, che purtroppo è attesa di intervento. Li consiglio e tornerò sicuramente da loro per esigenze future. (Ah, scordavo anche l'aspetto amministrativo (non certo secondario in questo tipo di pratiche) viene gestito con competenza e serietà.) This experience, however, takes on absolutely different profiles when you are followed by competent, courteous and attentive professionals, inclined to listen to every customer's need. Giovanni katia, and the whole team of installation technicians were absolutely impeccable and able to overcome any kind of difficulty with a view to customer satisfaction, which unfortunately is awaiting intervention. I recommend them and will definitely return to them for future needs. (Ah, I also forgot the administrative aspect (certainly not secondary in this type of practice) is managed with competence and seriousness.) COMPLIMENTS!
